BMW: Merger mania will die

Merger mania is a passing phenomenon. It doesn't reduce the world's overcapacity problem. In fact, it adds to it as automakers try to develop even more models with new acquisitions. So says Hendrick Heitmann, former head of BMW North America and now a member of the automaker's board of management.
