Fed: Fahey trying to hide incompetence over IT: ALP
CANBERRA, Jan 14 AAP - Finance Minister John Fahey was trying to hide his managerial
incompetence over his IT outsourcing program, the Labor Party said today.
Opposition IT spokeswoman Kate Lundy said Mr Fahey had tried to not only hide the results
of a damning report into the $5 billion IT outsourcing program, but had attempted to hide
from public scrutiny of his role in the program.
Senator Lundy said Mr Fahey had announced the review of the IT program during the running
of last year's Melbourne Cup.
He had released the report at 6pm …
